Mentoring


Mentors from the T.A. Marryshow Community College Social Work Program spend consistent quality time with children providing them with homework help and academic support in the areas of reading, writing, spelling and math along with creative play lessons. We train our mentors in Conscious Discipline so that they have the skills to support the children in these academic areas as well as their social-emotional growth.
