Our Model

PROJECT REACH

PROJECT REACH

Project REACH is a multi-dimensional program for group residential care facilities (e.g. “orphanages”), which aims to enhance the healthy development and well-being of at-risk youth through caregiver education and youth skill building.

Program Objectives:
  • Increase quality of care provided by group home staff for vulnerable youth.
This aim is addressed through the Caregiver Education Program.
  • Increase psychosocial functioning, enhanced resiliency and decreased distress (in the form of less behavioral and emotional difficulties) for at risk youth living in group homes.
This aim is addressed through the Youth Life Skills Yoga Program.

Our Guiding Values

Through each program component, Project REACH seeks to encourage Resiliency, Empathy, healthy Attachments, key Competencies, and overall Health and well-being.
